Why Jill?

We’ve been providing offshore remote teams for large engineering firms for over 10 years. We’ve designed a proven first 90 days schedule to set up remote teams for success.

We set up Jill in response to the profound impact COVID 19 has had on women and children’s health and wellbeing, education and safety in the Philippines. Our goal is to create employment opportunities for the skilled and talented women of our country. We employ; we upskill; and for each Jill you hire, we sponsor a child back into school.

We hold all relevant Philippines staffing licenses and pay our Jills above the national average for their specialist skills. We take a 20% commission which is built into your total rate and function on an open book model.

For transparency we take a 20% slice of the rate.

Out of our 20% we sponsor a child into school. We do this through a partnership with local charity Project Pearls.

About

Joelle Goudsmit runs Dimension All Group a global engineering offshoring firm out of Manila.

Rob Caslick runs Two Good Co, a social enterprise that employs and empowers homeless women in Sydney.

Rob and Joelle were married in 2020 during a COVID lockdown.

Jill is their lovechild.

Their mission is to provide education and employment opportunities for women and break the cycle of disadvantage for Filipino families.

They work with charity Project Pearls to feed and keep children in schools.

The ’First 90 days’

With our experience in providing remote staff for some of the worlds largest companies we’ve developed and highly recommend our ‘First 90 days’ onboarding schedule for remote staff. 

Over the first 90 days of your hire, we will work with you on setting up your new Jill for success. 

Success for us is about integration. Ensuring that Jill sits respectfully as part of your team. Integration is fast tracked through a rigid set of communications rhythms.

Our first 90 days also includes monthly and weekly check ins with Jill HQ management to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and output of your Jill.
